I spent years chasing perfection-in fitness, in food, in life. Like many women, I thought discipline meant restriction and that strength had to come from struggle. But beneath the workouts and wellness routines, I was disconnected from my body, my needs, and my nervous system.
Everything changed when I left my corporate job and moved to Australia.
